Class Terms
These are applicable to all classes that we offer.

All students are expected to be punctual to class. There will be no compensation for lost time, and arrival post 5 minutes of starting time might mean denial of entry. This is to ensure that no student's practice is disturbed. If a student is late, repeatedly, the teacher has the right to terminate enrollment with NO refund, after 2 warnings.

For offline classes, especially for Aerial Yoga classes, it is mandatory to cut your nails, and remove all jewelry and wrist watches as they may cause injuries on both ends and also tear the aerial hammocks. Also refrain from coming to class with oiled hair. The student will be held responsible for any damage that they may cause.

There will be no compensation for missed classes, unless canceled from the teacher's end, or unless the package includes compensation. Kindly confirm about the same before enrolling.

Weekend batches, discounted batches, and limited-duration batches have a NO-compensation policy, regarding missed classes, unless canceled on the teacher's end. Should the teacher fail to compensate for a canceled class, a refund shall be provided for the same.

The teacher has the right to deny entry or admission to any student if he/she is found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or is found to be misbehaving in any way.

There will be no refund provided for any missed class, or for any class a student is denied admission to.

Every student is expected to pay the full fees before the start date of any package.

All students are expected to inform the teacher about any health issues or injuries prior to starting class. We will not be held responsible for any consequences that may result from failure to do so.

All students are expected to keep their phones on silent and stacked away in the bag during the duration of the class.

We do NOT take responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused while attempting poses during class or otherwise. We request you to avoid forcing yourself into a pose or trying challenging poses unless you feel ready for them. Please ask the teacher for preparatory poses or variations that might be best suited to your level of practice and attempt them under their supervision. If any pose feels uncomfortable or causes any kind of pain, kindly come out of it immediately.

We respect our students' time, and expect the same from our students. We hope to keep the space easy-going, while keeping it respectful, clean, and inclusive for all kinds of practitioners.
Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds:
These are applicable to all classes that we offer.

There will be no refund provided for any missed classes, or any classes that a student has been denied admission to on grounds of misconduct.

Discounted packages have a strict NO-refund, and NO-extension policy. There will be no refund or extension provided for missed classes, upon cancelation of enrollment, under discontinuity of the said package by the student, or under any other circumstances.

If the teacher discontinues any batch, you will be entitled to compensatory classes in another batch, or a refund for the remaining number of classes.

If a student fails to show up after enrolling for any class, he or she will have a chance to redeem and utilize their package within 3 months. If not used within the duration of 3 months, the package will expire and there will be NO refund provided for the same. Kindly note this is only applicable if the student has not attended even a single class.

IF a student requests cancellation up to 1 week prior to the start date of any package, he or she is expected to use that package within the following 3 months. Kindly note that cancellation within the week of the start date will not be acknowledged or compensated for.

All students are expected to pay full fees before the start date of the class.

Certain classes have a non-refundable registration fee. Kindly enquire about the same before enrolling.
Privacy Terms:
These are applicable to all classes that we offer.

All information and personal details of any student, that may be required to sign-in, or to enroll for classes, are solely for our use and NOT disclosed to others.

We may use pictures of you from the class, for promotional use. By enrolling with us, you provide us the permission to use your pictures across our social media channels, website, and on promotional material.
